...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO 9 AM CST
THURSDAY...
* WHAT...Expect sustained winds of 20 to 30 mph at times with
gusts up to 40 mph possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central, eastern, north central and
southeast Arkansas.
* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 9 AM CST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Information:
Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
profile vehicle. Secure outdoor objects.

...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH WEDNESDAY EVENING...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Much of northern, western, and central Arkansas.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Widespread rain and thunderstorms are expected to develop and
move across the watch area. Two to four inches of rain with
localized amounts up to 5 inches is expected, which could
lead to flash flooding.

Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
